By furnishing your information, you certify that you are a member in good standing at MMFCU. By furnishing your family members or colleagues information, you certify that you have permission to share their information with MMFCU. MMFCU will initiate contact with the people you refer and use that information for no other purpose. In order to qualify for any incentives advertised, the referred person must become a member of MMFCU, open a checking account, and set up a direct deposit to that checking account. In addition, the membership and checking account must remain open and in good standing for a period of at least 90 days in order to qualify for any incentives mentioned.
