Celebrate Youth Month!
Attention kids! You're never too young to think like an entrepreneur! During the last snow storm, kids just like you made local news by shoveling numerous driveways to make a little extra cash. Whether you walk dogs, mow lawns, flatter grandma, or search couches and washing machines for extra change, if you have an idea of how to make and save money, share your idea!
During the month of April, MMFCU wants you to take the #GreatMakeAndSaveChallenge. (Just make sure to get your mom or dad's permission first!) All you have to do is create a video of your "make and save" idea and tag us on Instagram at @mmfcu. All Make and Save participants will receive a special gift, so get creative!
MMFCU's Annual Book Drive
For the entire month of April, MMFCU will be collecting new and gently used children's books. Last year, we collected over 1,100 books which were donated to local schools. Each book can make a difference in the life of a child. Books can be dropped off at both Springfield and Enfield branch locations. Thank you for helping us to make a difference!
Calling All Photographers!
Do you enjoy the turning of the New England leaves in the fall? Do you see the beauty in a landscape blanketed in snow? Or maybe you captured a flower blooming in the spring rain. If nature happens to catch your eye, take a picture and send it to email@example.com and we will post the pictures on our Facebook page. The top 12 photos that get the most "likes" will be featured in our 2018 calendar with your name and location. Submissions will be accepted starting May 1, 2017 and last day to submit is Jane 30, 2107. For full disclosure and guidelines, click here.
