So you decided to get a new job, and you no longer work for MassMutual Financial Group. Do you have to close your accounts at the Credit Union? Absolutely not. Our saying around here is "Once a member, always a member," which means that once you join MMFCU you will always be a member, unless you close your accounts. Now that you have a different office location, it might be difficult for you to visit us. That's why we've put together a list of ways you can maintain your account without the hassle of physically visiting us.
ATM Locations

Online Banking
You can manage all of your accounts online through our CUOnline Banking. Check your balances, transfer funds, pay bills, review your statements, and much more.
Loan Payments
If your loan payments are being drawn from your savings or checking account with us, it is not necessary to make any changes as long as your account continues to have enough funds available to make payments. If you are setting up a new direct deposit into your account, our routing number is #211885836.
If you would like to discontinue making loan payments from one of our accounts and you want to receive a monthly bill just give us a call and we can set that up for you.
Updating Account Information
It is important to update us if you have a change of address or phone number. If in the past your statements and notices were sent to your MassMutual MIP Code, just call us and request that your statements be sent to your home address.
